FAQ

What’s included in the event rental?
All pricing tiers include 6 hours of venue access, tables and seating for up to 60 guests, pro sound system with DJ controller, 75-inch touch-screen display, two projectors, ambient lighting with multiple presets, prep kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and in-house tech support throughout your event. No setup or breakdown fees.
Can I bring my own caterer and alcohol?
Yes. BYOB is welcome with no corkage fees. Bring your own caterer or use our vendor recommendations. The prep kitchen has a dishwasher and full counter space.
What’s the latest start time?
6:00 PM is the earliest start for events on most days. We can accommodate later start times for daytime corporate events on request.
What kind of events do you host?
Birthday parties (21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, milestone), corporate events and offsites, intimate weddings and receptions, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, holiday parties, networking events, retirement parties, anniversary celebrations, and private dinners.
Can I book a tour before committing?
Absolutely. We offer in-person tours by appointment. Submit the inquiry form or call 212-529-7570 and we’ll schedule within 24 hours.
How does the minimum spend work?
The minimum spend ensures the date is held for your event. If your per-guest total exceeds the minimum, you pay the per-guest rate. If it falls below, you pay the minimum. Example: 30 guests on a Standard date is 30 × $50 = $1,500, but the minimum is $2,000, so you pay $2,000. 50 guests on the same date is 50 × $50 = $2,500, you pay $2,500.
What’s your cancellation policy?
50% deposit secures your date. Full payment due 14 days before the event. Cancellations more than 30 days out are refunded minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit but credits can be applied to a future date within 12 months.
Is there parking nearby?
Limited street parking in Flatiron. Several public garages within 2 blocks. The neighborhood is exceptionally well-served by subway (4/5/6/L/N/Q/R/W at Union Square, 2 blocks away).
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes. The loft is on the 4th floor with elevator access and an accessible toilet. The building has a cargo lift for goods and gear delivery.
