Union Square Loft is the third option — a real Flatiron loft on Broadway with 13-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, big 9-foot windows facing Union Square, and the kind of room that actually photographs well for the post-event recap.

The flat rate covers the full 6-hour event, up to 60 guests, all furniture configured for cocktails or seated dinner, Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 surround for the presentation, 75-inch 4K touchscreen for the keynote deck, wireless microphones, prep kitchen for the caterer, and Carlos Montoya on-site running A/V. BYOB always — no required vendor list.
