Production Studio
Union Square Loft is a Made in NY certified production studio at 873 Broadway in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The 1,200 sq ft all-inclusive space features 13-foot ceilings, blackout capability, Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 sound, and professional lighting with modifiers — everything you need for film shoots, photo sessions, livestreams, and content creation.
Whether you’re producing a commercial, shooting a music video, or livestreaming a multi-platform broadcast, you walk into a space that’s ready to go. Sony FX6 cinema camera available as an add-on.

About Union Square Loft
Founded by Addie Passen — NYU professor, artist, and lifelong advocate for New York’s creative community. For nearly five decades, this space at 873 Broadway has hosted productions, performances, and cultural programming that defined downtown Manhattan.
Today, Carlos Passen continues the legacy as Creative Director. A TEDx speaker and A/V engineer with 30+ years of experience, Carlos ensures every session at Union Square Loft sounds, looks, and feels like nothing else in the city.
