If you're going to need a real room more than twice a month — for content, for podcasts, for focus groups, for training, for shoots — owning a permanent slot at USL is cheaper than renting one. And the slots are limited on purpose.

Every Studio Partner visit includes the full package below at no add-on cost. The only paid extra is the Sony FX6 cinema camera with operator ($150/hr) — and even that's optional.

Anyone who needs a real room on a recurring basis: podcasters, focus group recruiters, DTC brands shooting creator content, corporate trainers, coaches running monthly video drops, agencies producing content days, authors recording launch tours, comedy producers, music labels. If you'd otherwise rent a studio more than twice a month, a partner slot saves you money and locks in your dates.
Ten. That's it. When the ten slots are filled, the program closes until one opens up. The cap is the point — real rooms are scarce, and we ration them.

Overage hours bill at your partner rate, not walk-in. A Partner 8 paying $225 per hour on retainer continues to pay $225 per hour beyond the 8 included that month.
Month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The cap protects the program — leaving frees a slot for the waitlist.
