Three decades on Broadway taught us pricing should be obvious. No per-guest math. No surprise corkage. No "premium dates surcharge." Every event rate is a flat number for the 6-hour block, every hourly rate is straight-line, and everything you see on the room comes with the booking.
Below: the rate card for every USL service — events, production studio, podcast studio, focus group, bachelorette, overnight rental, and Studio Partners retainer. Add-ons are à la carte and quoted on inquiry. Deposits are 50% to hold your date, balance due 14 days before.
Event pricing above. Production studio: $350/hr (2hr min), $300/hr (4hr = $1,200), $275/hr (8hr = $2,200). FX6+Carlos +$150/hr. Podcast: self-serve $200/hr, engineered $500/2hr, video $350/hr. Focus group: $2,500/8hrs + $300/hr OT. Bachelorette: $1,500/5hr/20 guests +$75 each. Overnight: $2,500 flat 10pm–10am. Studio Partners retainer: $1,000–$3,200/month, 10 spots.
Yes — all event pricing is flat for the 6-hour block. No corkage, no per-guest fees, no setup fees, no hidden costs. BYOB always.
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 14 days before. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Payment priority: Zelle, ACH, Venmo, Stripe.
Off-peak is Sunday–Thursday plus flexible weekends. Standard is most Friday–Sunday. Peak Saturday is the prime Saturday slot and holiday weekends.
Yes. Production studio rates are $350/hr (2hr min), $300/hr (4hr block = $1,200), $275/hr (8hr block = $2,200). Sony FX6 + Carlos as operator adds $150/hr.
Podcast self-serve $200/hr (2hr min). Engineered $500 flat for 2 hrs. Video podcast $350/hr or $1,200 for 4 hrs. Remote producer feed +$100/session.
Focus group is $2,500 flat for 8 hours, $300/hr overtime. The full room, mirror, mezzanine, recording, and Carlos on-site included.
