Welcome to Union Square Loft, a production studio and event venue at 873 Broadway, Suite 408, New York, NY 10003, on Broadway since 1994. By booking our space or services, you agree to the following terms.
All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm and hold your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event or session. Bookings made fewer than 14 days in advance are payable in full at the time of booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled date receive a 50% refund of amounts paid. Cancellations made inside 30 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. Deposits hold your specific date and are not transferable without our written approval.
Clients must use the space only for the purpose stated in the booking. No illegal activities, hazardous materials, or open flames are permitted. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests, crew, and vendors while on premises. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times per NYC fire code.
Studio equipment is available for use during booked sessions as specified in your booking. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence. Personal equipment may be brought in with prior approval. We are not responsible for loss or damage to client-owned equipment.
Clients assume all risk for personal injury or property damage during their use of the premises. For events involving alcohol service or larger guest counts, clients may be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Union Square Loft as additionally insured. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clients retain all rights to content produced during their sessions. Union Square Loft may use photos or video of the space for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Zelle, ACH bank transfer, Venmo, and Stripe (credit card). To keep costs low we prefer Zelle or ACH. Card payments processed through Stripe may carry a processing fee.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or building emergencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
