Welcome to Union Square Loft, a production studio and event venue located at 873 Broadway, Suite 408, New York, NY 10003. By booking our space or services, you agree to the following terms.
All reservations require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or session. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled date forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
Clients must use the space only for the purpose stated in the booking agreement. No illegal activities, hazardous materials, or open flames are permitted. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests, crew, and vendors while on premises. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times per NYC fire code.
Studio equipment is available for use during booked sessions at no additional charge unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence. Personal equipment may be brought in with prior approval. We are not responsible for loss or damage to client-owned equipment.
Clients assume all risk for personal injury or property damage during their use of the premises. For events exceeding 25 guests or involving alcohol service, clients must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Union Square Loft as additionally insured. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clients retain all rights to content produced during their sessions. Union Square Loft may use photos or video of the space for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and cash. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Late payments are subject to a $50 fee plus 1.5% monthly interest.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or building emergencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
