Union Square Loft is a sole-proprietor production studio, event venue, and podcast facility operating at 873 Broadway, Suite 408, New York, NY 10003. The business is owned and operated by Carlos Montoya. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Union Square Loft. References to "you" mean any person who contacts us, visits our website, or books our services.

When you contact us through a form on our website, by email, or by phone, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the date(s) you're inquiring about, the type of service you're interested in, and any message or description you provide. We also collect technical information about how you reached us — referring URL, landing page, UTM parameters from any ad you clicked, and basic browser/device information.
When you book a service, we additionally collect: a payment record from your chosen payment method (Zelle confirmation, ACH reference, Venmo handle, or Stripe transaction ID), and any names of additional guests or vendors you list for access purposes.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, confirm a booking, send a contract or invoice, coordinate the date, and follow up after your event. We may also use your email to send a one-time follow-up if you inquired but did not respond, and to send transactional emails related to a booking (confirmations, reminders, balance due notices).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers. We do not use it to build profiles for resale.
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-T9413MHNNH) to understand which pages people visit and how. Google Analytics receives anonymized usage data — it does not receive your name, email, or phone number from us.
We also run a Meta Pixel (ID 1725986948137342) for advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel records visits and conversion events; you can opt out of Meta-targeted advertising through your Facebook Ad Preferences.
Form submissions are routed through an n8n automation server that we operate and through which the data passes en route to events@unionsquareloft.com. Submissions are also stored in a private Google Sheet we use as a lead log.
The website uses first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so does not affect your ability to inquire or book.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to events@unionsquareloft.com and include enough detail for us to find your record. We respond within 30 days.
You can also opt out of any non-transactional follow-up emails by replying "unsubscribe" to any email you receive from us.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
