The heart of the space — 13-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and three 9-foot windows facing Broadway and Union Square Park. The room reconfigures for every kind of event: cocktail rounds for 60, seated dinner for 40, theater for 50, podcast panel for 8, photo shoot for any.

Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 surround sound is wired into the ceiling. Wireless mics, a 75-inch 4K touchscreen, two projectors, and full LED + tungsten lighting are all installed and ready to fire.

Up the spiral stair is the sound-treated mezzanine. Shure SM7B + Neumann condenser mic options, wireless Sennheiser/Rode lavs, monitor headphones for four guests, dedicated audio interface, and 4K cameras for video podcast formats. The acoustic treatment means a podcast recorded here sounds polished without post.

Above the loft — our rooftop with open sky over Union Square. Production shoots only (not events). Pricing is by appointment and depends on shoot scale: small daylight shoots through full-scale productions with heavy gear. Carlos quotes rooftop work directly.

Adjacent to the main loft is a full prep kitchen for your caterer — commercial sink, refrigeration, prep counters, and freight access. The bar setup runs from the kitchen pass-through. BYOB always, no corkage.

The building entrance is at 873 Broadway between East 17th and East 18th, with 24/7 security and an elevator to the 4th floor. A freight elevator handles large gear and equipment cases. Suite 408 is the door directly across from the elevator.

The same room flexes for documentary interviews and brand shoots — daylight against exposed brick, controlled tungsten for night looks, blackout curtains for total light control, and a clean white seamless backdrop when needed.
