Yes. One event at a time, always. You have the entire fourth floor at 873 Broadway Suite 408, Flatiron. No shared spaces, no neighboring events.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes. Full BYOB. No corkage fees. No alcohol minimum. Prep kitchen for ice and mixers. Bring whatever you want.
Is there a DJ setup?
Yes. Pioneer XDJ-XZ controller, Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 surround, full cabling included. Bring your own DJ or use a device.
What’s the guest count?
Up to 60 guests maximum. Base pricing covers up to 20 guests at $1,500 for 5 hours. Each additional guest is $75.
Can we decorate?
Yes — balloons, banners, flowers, custom setups all fine. No glitter or confetti. Decorator can arrive 30 minutes before your start time.
Carlos responds within 24 hours with availability and a quote. Popular Saturday dates book out weeks ahead.
