A genuinely private event space means: no shared venue, no other events on the same floor or in adjacent rooms, no rotating staff who are also working another event. At USL, when you book, the building is yours — Carlos, the room, the gear, the kitchen, all for you.
The difference: semi-private spaces partition a larger venue, share staff between multiple events, and may have noise bleed from adjacent rooms. Fully private spaces rent the entire location to one party. USL is fully private — Suite 408 is the only event, every time.
Flatiron is one of the best locations for private events in NYC: central, served by 4/5/6/N/Q/R/L trains at Union Square, walkable from Chelsea and the Village, not as loud or chaotic as Midtown. 873 Broadway is one block from the station.
