What's included when I book?
The room, professional lighting, treated sound, furniture, grip and V-flats — every time. The Sony FX6, a camera operator and catering are available as add-ons.
How much does an event cost?
Flat fee by day: $2,000 off-peak (Sun-Thu), $3,000 standard (Fri/Sun), $4,500 peak Saturday — up to 60 guests, six hours. BYOB welcome, no setup fees.
How much is the studio for a shoot?
Production, studio and livestream use is a flat $300 per hour, two-hour minimum. No day-block games, no forced grip rental.
Where are you?
873 Broadway, Suite 408, in the Flatiron District — on Broadway since 1994, the longest-standing studio in the building.
