The shortest answer to "how much does it cost?" depends on what you're booking. Events are flat rate. Production is hourly with block discounts. Podcast is hourly with engineered packages. Focus group is a flat 8-hour day. Bachelorette, overnight, and Studio Partners each have their own price. Nothing has hidden fees — the number we quote includes everything in the room.
30+ years of operating on Broadway taught us pricing should be obvious. No per-guest math. No surprise corkage. No "premium date" surcharge. Every event rate is a flat number for the 6-hour block, every hourly rate is straight-line, and everything you see on the room comes with the booking. Full breakdown below.
Event flat rate $2,000–$4,500. Production $275–$350/hr. Podcast $200–$500/hr. Focus group $2,500/8hrs + $300/hr OT. Bachelorette $1,500/5hr/20 guests. Overnight $2,500 flat 10pm–10am. Studio Partners $1K–$3.2K/month. 50% deposit, balance 14 days prior. Zelle preferred.
Off-peak (Sun–Thu) $2,000, standard (Fri–Sun) $3,000, peak Saturday $4,500. Flat rate, 6 hours, up to 60 guests, full A/V, BYOB. No corkage, no per-guest, no setup fees.
$350/hr (2hr min), $300/hr for a 4-hour block ($1,200), $275/hr for an 8-hour block ($2,200). Sony FX6 cinema camera + Carlos as operator adds $150/hr.
Self-serve $200/hr (2hr min). Engineered $500 flat for 2 hours. Video podcast $350/hr or $1,200 for 4 hours. Remote producer feed +$100/session.
$2,500 flat for 8 hours. Overtime $300/hr. Includes the full room, observation mirror, mezzanine, recording, and Carlos on-site running A/V.
Bachelorette $1,500 for 5 hours, 20 guests included, $75 per additional guest. Overnight rental $2,500 flat 10pm–10am, up to 30 guests.
Studio Partners monthly retainer: $1,000 / $1,800 / $3,200 per month (capped at 10 partners). Priority booking, banked hours, locked-in rate.
Nothing. No corkage, no per-guest fees, no required vendor list, no setup fees, no "premium date" surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay. BYOB always.
50% deposit holds the date. Balance due 14 days before. Payment priority: Zelle (lowest fees) > ACH > Venmo > Stripe.
