Who Works Here
Artists, filmmakers, musicians. Since the 90s.

Union Square Loft has been the room for NYC’s artists, filmmakers, musicians, and creative collectives since the 90s. Carlos Montoya — A/V specialist since 1992, former TEDx Bushwick executive producer — has worked with three decades of NYC’s creative community, and the loft itself was built for the work.

The Artist Collective is the door for working artists — photo shoots, film productions, music recording, multi-day projects, residencies, collective bookings. Flexible arrangements for ongoing creative work. The Studio Partners monthly retainer (capped at 10 partners) is the most-asked path. Talk to Carlos directly about your project.
