Union Square Loft is a real Flatiron loft at 873 Broadway Suite 408, Manhattan — production studio, event venue, podcast studio, and focus group facility all in one. 13ft ceilings, Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 sound, full lighting, 75-inch 4K touchscreen, prep kitchen. Capacity 60. On Broadway since the 90s.

Events: $2,000 off-peak (Sun–Thu), $3,000 standard (Fri–Sun), $4,500 peak Saturday — all flat rate for 6 hours, 60 guests, full A/V, BYOB. Production from $275/hr. Podcast from $200/hr. Focus group $2,500/8hrs. Bachelorette $1,500/5hr/20 guests. Overnight $2,500 flat.

Yes — BYOB always, no corkage. Bring your own caterer or use one of our regular partners — the prep kitchen handles staging. No required vendor list. No setup fees.

A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Payment priority: Zelle, ACH, Venmo, Stripe.
Yes — the loft is photo and video friendly with hardwood floors, exposed brick, 13ft ceilings, big 9ft windows. Brands and creators regularly book USL specifically for the architecture and natural light.
Yes. The Studio Partners program (capped at 10) offers monthly retainer access for ongoing creator, brand, and producer work. Tiers $1,000–$3,200/month with priority booking.
