Why flat-rate pricing matters
Most NYC event spaces quote a room fee then add A/V, sound, lighting, studio management, setup time, and vendor minimums. At USL the flat rate is the total — $2,000 off-peak is $2,000 out the door.
Questions
What is the deposit?
50% deposit holds the date. Balance due 14 days before. Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable.
Can I hire my own caterer?
Yes. No required vendors. Bring your own caterer, food, alcohol. Prep kitchen included.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The 6-hour block includes setup and breakdown.
