Ceremony + Reception
Ceremony in the loft, reception in the same space. No shuttling guests. The layout adapts — chairs facing forward, then cleared for dinner and dancing. 6 hours to use how you want.
BYOB — No Corkage Ever
Bring your own wine, spirits, craft beer. Bring a bartender or serve it yourselves. No corkage, no minimum bar spend, no forced packages.
Catering Your Way
No in-house catering requirement. Bring your own caterer, order from anywhere in the city, or self-serve. The space accommodates it all.

Professional lighting and a production-ready space already set up. Add Sony FX6 and operator for cinematic wedding video at +$150/hr.
873 Broadway — Built 1868
The Hoyt Building was designed by architect Griffith Thomas and originally housed Arnold, Constable & Co., one of New York's first department stores. Joined with 15 East 18th Street in 1869. The cast-iron facade has held more than 150 years of New York life. Your wedding adds to it.

Can we hold both ceremony and reception in the same space?
Yes. The loft layout adapts — ceremony arrangement first, then reset for dinner and dancing. 6 hours included in every flat rate.
Is BYOB really allowed with no restrictions?
Yes. Fully. No corkage, no forced packages, no minimum spends. Bring your own bar, hire a bartender, or serve it yourselves.
