Content day, start to finish.
The loft is set up before you arrive. You walk in, you work, you walk out with content. No loading, no rigging from scratch, no wasted hour finding the right angle.
Photo + vertical video (morning)
Seamless backdrop, professional lighting dialed in. Shoot your Reels, TikToks, and Instagram stills. 13-foot ceilings give you real room to move.
YouTube / episodic setup (midday)
Transition the room to interview or talking-head. Cast-iron columns and the loft depth frame naturally. Add the Sony FX6 for cinematic horizontal content.
Podcast or B-roll (afternoon)
Drop into the mezzanine podcast studio — sound-treated, 4K capable, engineered sessions available. Or use the loft for B-roll before the light shifts.

Yes — most common booking. Photo on seamless, video in the loft, podcast on the mezzanine, all in one day.
What if I need to invite collaborators?
The loft holds up to 60 guests. Small team bookings and content shoots with a live audience are welcome.
